Return Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase from Ludic. If for any reason you're unsatisfied with your purchase, please reach out to us to allow us to make it right for you within 30 days of receiving your items. Please email us with your questions or issues at info@ludicshops.com.
If you wish to return your item, we must receive your request within 30 days of the date you received your item.
Once we have received your refund request, our team will review the request. You may be required to ship the item(s) back. We will notify you by email within 3 days if your refund request will be honored. If the item is required to be returned, we will process the refund after we have received the item. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us.
If approved, the money will be refunded to your original method of payment within two weeks. All payment companies are different in the amount of time it takes to confirm a payment, so it will likely take a minimum of a few days for the refund to show up in your bank statement. If approved, the refund will be for the cost of item, we are unable to refund the shipping costs.
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, we’re happy to exchange the item for a new one. Please email info@ludicshops.com within 30 days of receiving your product to begin the process.
